County and extends over approximately 400 square miles. During

the fastest growing regions in the United States. The region
features clean high-tech industries, master planned
residential communities and major recreational facilities.
More than 150,000 residents have chosen to live in the Santa
Clarita Valley for one very key reason: safety. Santa Clarita
Valley has been rated as having the fourth lowest crime rate
